“We just got back from a 2-night stay at Okana Resort, and overall we had an amazing experience! We made the 3-hour drive from Texas with our two 9-year-olds and our 2-month-old, and it was well worth it. “No one said anything bout a deposit of $100 and I still haven’t gotten in back”

“The rooftop patio pool & bar service MUST change. The bar that is inside at the rooftop is such a failure when it comes to service. Everytime I’ve gone as a guest the wait time is outrageous and it just seems as if the staff is not prepared for this type of environment. They try to be nice, but always have such a hard time attending to customers in a timely manner. Omni Dallas would never. “Very clean the staff was friendly and the room was nice. It had a kitchen with a little stove top which would be nice on a longer stay.”

“Rooms were clean , staff was great , breakfast was basic,, only down side in my opinion was that there were slot of things trying to be bidding with caulk , we had two dirty towels in our “clean” pile. And they didn’t come the next morning to take and exchange the used towels. Besides that good enough for the price.”
